• Uniqueness of the Product/Service & Revenue Model
• Highlight what sets your product/service apart and how the startup plans to generate revenue

• Supporting Media and Intellectual Property (if available)

• Pitch Deck (PDF or PPT format)

B. Limited Liability Partnership

To initiate the registration and compliance process for your startup, the following documents and details are required:

• Proof of Identity for All Designated Partners and Partners.
• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (Self-attested copies)

• Certificate of Incorporation with LLP Agreement.
• Issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
• LLP Agreement.

• Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the LLP
•  Copy of PAN issued in the LLP’s name

• Separate Contact Details of the LLP
• Details: Active email ID and phone number of the LLP

• Contact Information of All Designated Partners and Partners.
• Details: Personal phone number and email ID of each Designated Partner and Partner.

• Authorized Representative Details
• Name of Authorized Person
• Authorized Person possess a Class 3 Combo DSC
