  2. Obtaining Director/ Partner Identification Number (DPIN)
  3. Obtaining Certificate of Incorporation
  4. Filling of LLP Agreement
  5. Providing of PAN (Just in Four Days)

Checklist for Incorporation of LLP

The following Documents are required for incorporation of a LLP:

Pre- Incorporation Documents:

  1. Self-attested copy of PAN from each partner. (in case of not having DIN)
  2. Self-attested copy of Aadhar/Voter Id/DL from each partner. (in case of not having DIN)
  3. Self-Attested Copy of Residence Proof being any of the Bank Statement/Telephone     Bill/Mobile Bill/Electricity Bill from each partner (not older than two months) (in case of not having DIN)
  4. Mobile No. and Email Id of each partner.
  5. Address of premise where Reg. Office of the LLP will be situated.
  6. Copy of Utility Bill being Electricity Bill or Telephone Bill of the Reg. Office premise (not older than two months)
  7. NOC from the owner (in whose name utility bill is issued) of the premise
  8. Total Value of Contribution
  9. Ratio of Contribution by each partner.
  10.  Profit Sharing Ratio 

             Post Incorporation Documents:

Filing of LLP Agreement in Form-3 for which following documents are required.

  1. Copy of Agreement on the stamp paper (duly stamped and notarized).
